December 2011 We had a fantastic time, just what we all needed. Lots of fun and relaxation, made full use of the inside of the house, a home from home. What a lovely part of the world it is. On our last day we tootled up the minor roads to Calais, discovering some other lovely areas.

Just wanted to let you know we had a lovely holiday. The weather was fantastic and the children loved the garden, beaches and table tennis. It was our first family holiday to France and definitely an area of France we will be visiting again
La Fermette was all it was said to be and much more, a really lovely place

A delight to rediscover the charm, cleanliness and politeness of everyone we meet - shops, restauraunts, the public - which seems to be disappearing in the UK. It is a pleasure to be back in France again, 70 years after escaping from Bordeaux on the 18th of June 1940. The 'library' was a boon for the first 10 chilly days!

We really enjoyed our stay in La Fermette, thank you. It was so cosy and well equipped, a real pleasure to stay . We had some very cold weather and quite a lot of snow but it all added to the atmosphere. A delightful place to stay with everything provided to make it home from home.
