Separate shower room, separate 2nd WC. Lounge/dining room. Kitchen/breakfast room. (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob.) Sun lounge. Library nook. Utility room. Satellite TV. DVD/CD player. Two portable radios with cassette/CD players. Table tennis. Books,  board games, jigsaws.

 2 BBQs, sun loungers, garden chairs and tables. Garden badminton, boules, 4 mountain bikes.

  • A great location – opposite an historic beech forest. Ideal for walking, cycling, horse riding, bird watching.

  • French house on the outside – English comfort on the inside. 
  • Close to Dieppe (17 miles) and Rouen (30 Miles) - only 10 minutes from Neufchatel en Bray. Great shopping in both town and city. 

  • Village shops  just 3 miles distant – or buy fresh bread and croissants on the doorstep  from the boulangerie van. 

  • Wonderful Normandy cuisine in delightful restaurants/cafes throughout the whole area. 

  • Stunning 18 hole golf course within 10 minutes drive. Coastal course at Dieppe, two other courses within 30 minute drive.
